Reports

Upon logging into pickAtime, you will default to the Event Reports page. From here, you can manage both event-specific data and account-wide analytics.

Report Management Tools

For every report you generate, the following management options are available:

  • Output Formats: Print the report directly, or export the data to a PDF or CSV (Excel-compatible) file.

  • Save Report Settings: If you customize a report by adding specific fields (e.g., participant email addresses or custom registration questions), click Save Report Settings. The system will remember these columns the next time you run the report.

  • Automated Delivery: Full Administrators can click Schedule Report Delivery to set a date range and frequency (e.g., every Monday at 8:00 AM) for the report to be emailed to specified addresses.


Event Report

To view data for a single event, use the Event dropdown to select your Roster event.

  • Participant List: This report provides a comprehensive list of all individuals who have registered for the selected event, including any data entered during the sign-up process.


Account Reports

Toggle to Account Reports mode to see data consolidated across your entire vendor account.

  • Settings: Displays your account details and the primary URL for your online scheduler.

  • Account - Invoices and Payments: View your current balance, transaction history, and pay invoices directly via credit card.

  • Problem Appointments: Lists "on-hold" bookings that require attention (e.g., registrations left behind after an event configuration was changed).

  • Appointments for all Roster events: A master list showing every participant registered across all Roster-type events in your account.

  • Contacts without Appointments: Identifies users who have registered an account but have not yet signed up for a specific event.

  • % Full: A high-level overview showing the percentage of filled slots relative to the total capacity across multiple events.

  • Cancelled Appointments: A detailed log of all cancellations, including timestamps and the email address of the person who removed the registration.

  • Appointment Counts for all Events: Provides total registration numbers for every event in your account history.

  • Scheduled Report Delivery: A dashboard to manage your automated emails. View frequencies, recipients, and the last sent date, or cancel existing schedules.

  • Appointments Summary by Contacts: View a consolidated history of every event a specific contact has registered for across your entire account.
