Room Numbers and/or Meeting Links

We need to add in

Add Room Numbers and/or Individual Teacher Meeting Links

ToIf importyou are using the neededBlackbaud files,SKY API Importer and need to add room numbers or individual teacher meeting links, you will need to turntemporarily itdisable offthe SKY API Importer and use the file importer.

1. Disable the Blackbaud importer. To access the file importer, you can disable the SkySKY API Importer

by going

Go to Global Setup / Business. Under Integration Options, anduncheck under Integration options, unchecking the SkySKY API Importer option. .

This will give you access to the file importer.

2. Obtain Your Teacher and Class Files

Contact support@pickatime.com to request copies of the Teacher File and Class File that were previously imported through the Blackbaud SKY API Importer.

You will thenedit the Teacher File to add the room numbers and/or individual meeting links. The Class File does not need to importbe edited.

3. Update and Import the Teacher File

Add a teacherRoom file that containscolumn, a column for theVirtual Room Number and /column, or a column for the Meeting Link. After importing this file you will need to import the class file as this will add the previously imported Room Number and Meeting Link to the Appointments page of the Admin UI. You will need to add in additional filesboth to the Teacher FileFile, anddepending thenon import.the Theinformation Classyou Filewant canto be imported as is. add.

Once contactyou support@pickatime.comhave foradded copiesthe ofroom numbers and/or meeting links, import the updated Teacher File.

4. Import the Class File

After importing the Teacher File, import the Class File andprovided by pickAtime. No changes to the Class File thatare wasrequired.
