Room Numbers and/or Meeting Links
We need to add in Room Numbers and/or Individual Teacher Meeting Links
To import the needed files, you will need to turn it off the Blackbaud importer. To access the file importer, you can disable the Sky API Importer by going to Global Setup / Business, and under Integration options, unchecking the Sky API Importer option.
You will then need to import a teacher file that contains a column for the Room Number and / or a column for the Meeting Link. After importing this file you will need to import the class file as this will add the previously imported Room Number and Meeting Link to the Appointments page of the Admin UI. You will need to add in additional files to the Teacher File and then import. The Class File can be imported as is.

Please contact support@pickatime.com for copies of the Teacher File and the Class File that was importingimported via the Blackbaud SKY API Importer. You can then edit the Teacher File by adding in the room numbers and / or the virtual rooms and import this file. Then import the Class File (no edits required).
