Resource Board
Parents can access the Resource Tile, but teachers cannot.can't (or vice versa).
Work through the following checks in order:
1) Open the "SSO Setup" page [Core > Security (menu) >/ Authentication Settings (menu item) >/ SSO Settings (tab)] and review the pickAtime SSO settingssettings.
2) Now open the "Additional content types" page [Core >/ Content (menu) >/ Additional Content Types (menu item) >/ Links (tab)] and comparecheck the Category Settings thatfor the PickAtimepickAtime SSO Linklink.

5) Open the "Resource Boards" page [Core > Content (menu) > Resource boards (menu item)]. Press the "Edit post" button and make sure that Category and Category Link correspond to those that you openeduse in the previousnext steps.
Go to Core / Content / Resource Boards, click Edit Post, and confirm the Category and Category Link match those from step 4. Send the direct SSO link fromto the previousaffected stepparents/teachers to your parents/faculty members so they can test it directly.
6)to OpenCore the/ "Users" page and, find the user(s)affected who cannot access pickAtime via the PickAtime SSO tile. Press on this useruser, and selectopen thetheir Contact Card / Access tabtab. inReview thetheir Contact card,Personas and reviewRoles.
7) Click on the "Employment" button and click on the Edit button, and ensure thatconfirm they have the correct roles.
