New Parent

We have a new family that just enrolled a few days ago. When the mother tries to access pickatime, she receives this message: Pickatime user not fond by Blackbaud userID: "XXXX." XXXX is her Blackbaud UserID. 
The parent needs to be added to the pickAtime account. Go to Contacts and fill in her name, email and BBID as a parentID. Then connect the parent and student by doing the following:
  1. Select the parent in Contacts, then go to the Parents-Students Map tab.
  2. Click Add under Student List, select the student, and click Add.
Also be sure that the student is enrolled in classes, and if they are not, do what is listed here.
