Getting Started
Do I have to connect to the SKY API?
Yes. pickAtime now requires the Blackbaud SKY API for all Blackbaud integrations.integrations Legacy— legacy (non-SKY) integrations are no longer supported.
To use Blackbaud Single Sign-On (SSO)SSO and data imports, you must:
Install the pickAtime application from the Blackbaud
Marketplace.Marketplace.Connect your account to the SKY
API.API.Configure your SSO
settings.settings.
I’I'm ready to test my event. Why can’can't I see my account URL?
When using the Blackbaud integration, parents access your event through Blackbaud’Blackbaud's Resource Board rather— than directlynot through a direct pickAtime account URL. This is expected behavior.
Before testing, verify that:confirm:

correctly.correctlyThe Resource Tile is published and visible to

Why is there an SSO Login URL?
The SSO Login URL (located— infound under Global Setup / Business,Business / Show Advanced Options,Options / Single Sign On Options,Options / Blackbaud) — is used when an administrator’administrator's session expires.expires.
InsteadRather ofthan requiring administratorsadmins to re-initiate SSO again, from scratch, pickAtime redirects them to this login page so they can quickly regain access to the system.access.
Why aren’aren't parents being taken to our pickAtime event?
This is usually caused by an SSO configuration issue. Check the following:
- The SKY API integration is
connected.connected - The Resource Tile has been configured
correctly.correctly - The SSO URL is
correct.correct - The Resource Tile has been
published.published - Parents have permission to access the Resource
Tile.Tile
If
alleverythingsettings appearlooks correct, test the direct SSO link to verifythatit opens the event.
