STEP FIVE: Try it Out

1. Open the Scheduler

1. From the Admin UIUI, ongo theto Events / Preview page,, select your event.event, Clickand onclick the Go To Event.

buttonSelect toSettings open/ theUI Setup / Event ManagementSettings page./ Scheduler Availability. SelectSet the Settings tab and then the UI Setup tab. To turn on the online scheduler so parents can use the website and schedule appointments, modify the "Open scheduler to customers onon" and the "Close scheduler to customers onon". Any days that you want to makedefine availablethe forwindow during which parents tocan schedulebook appointments should be within the start and end dates specified.appointments.

To allow yourself (and other Administrators) access to the scheduler whenyourself itwhile isit's closed to your parents, check the box "allowAllow Admins access to the CUI at all times".times."

2. View for yourself the appointmentScheduler

To test outClick the system, you can click on the URLURL, or copy and paste this URLit into another browser window andto try outtest the sitescheduler as if you were a customer.parent would experience it.

You can customize this URL by checking the box "Set customCustom URLURL" and entering in your preferred URLname. name in the white box.

The Appointment URL will change to reflect your selection, and the newupdated URL will be availablelive in approximately 5‐5–10 minutes.minutes.

TheSlot duration of your time slots can notcannot be changed.edited after creation. If yourit's slotwrong, duration is incorrect, youyou'll need toto:

Delete the incorrect slotsslots. andCreate createnew slots with the correct duration.
