STEP TWO: Adjusting Event Settings

Once your event is added,created, the Roster Editor tab opens automatically. Here, you can set the Max Roster Size to determinedefine the total number of participants allowed for your event. ToFor further customizecustomization, the experience, navigatego to the Settings tab.


UI Setup

This section controlsControls the functional behavior of your scheduler,scheduler including when itit's is activeactive, and what rules participants must follow.

Scheduler Availability

    Setting What it does

    Open scheduler to customers on:on Enter the specific date and Date/time you want the booking window tobegins begin.

    Appointment Number Limits

      Setting What it does

      Appointment Cancellations

        Setting What it does

        Scheduler Settings & Links

          Important: Even with a custom event link, participants can still toggle betweento themany other open events on your account — unless you use the Category Option.

          Category Scheduling Link: Uselink, thiswhich linkrestricts to display a scheduler that only includes events assignedthem to a specificsingle category.

          Miscellaneous & Advanced Settings

            Notification Setup

            Use this tab to manageManages automated email communications.communications You can toggle settings for Confirmation, Cancellation, Custom, and Reminder emails.

            Confirmation & Reminder Emails

              Activation: Check Setting What it does

              Follow-up Settings: Check

              Send Follow-up Emails andActivates specifyfollow-up theemails, sent on date(s) you wantspecify participants to receive a reminder or follow-up notification.

              Email Customization

                Subject Lines:Lines Customize the standard subjectsubject, or the Subject for combined email (used when an appointment is canceled and immediately rescheduled).

                Header / Body &/ Header:Footer You can editEdit the email's text forsections the header, body, and footer. Additionally, you can select the option to Replace the Email Body with the Printable Schedule of Appointments. Replaces the email body with a table of the participant's appointments

                CUI Messages

                The CUI Messages tab allows you to customizeCustomize the exact labels and text your participants see on the "Customer User Interface."Interface (CUI).

                Modifying Display Text

                • Labels: Select a label on the left (such ase.g., Sign In pagePage / Welcome messageMessage) to edit the corresponding text that appears to the parent on the right.

                • HTML Content:content: To edit or view the raw HTML for any message, clickClick the HTML icon (<>) onin the toolbar.

                Branding & Logos

                  Account Logo: To add your school logo to the scheduler, navigate to Global Setup / Business. Under Account Level Settings / Account Logo, use the Upload icon to add your image.
