STEP THREE: Turn it on and try it out

Once your event is configured, use this step to finalize your timeline and performtest the registration flow from a test run from the parents'parent's perspective.

Activating

1. Activate the Online Scheduler

To make the scheduler live for your participants, you must define the active booking window.window:

    1. Navigate: From the Events / Preview page,, select your event and click the Go To Event button.

    2. Access Settings: Select the Settings tab,/ then the UI Setup sub-tab.

    3. Set the Window: Modify the "Open scheduler to customers onon" and "Close scheduler to customers onon."

    Testing

    2. Test the Customer Experience

    It isIt's highly recommended to test the system before going live, to ensureconfirm the registration flow and messages appear exactly as intended. You can access the parent-facing site (CUI) in two ways:

    Option 1: Direct Sidebarsidebar Accessaccess

    Option 2: UsingUse theyour Account URL

    Navigate

      Go to the Global Setup / Business page toand locate your Account URL.

        Testing: Click the linklink, or copy and paste it into a differentanother browser window to experience the site as a customer.
