I’dHow likedo toI hide somea classes on my accountclass so parents can notcan't book those classesit?

If there are classes where you do not want parents to book appointments, youYou have two options:

delete

Option 1: Set the class or set it to Hidden.Hidden (recommended)

  1. Go to the Class Editor page.
  2. Select the teacher.
  3. FromSelect the teacher’class from the teacher's class list, select the class.list.
  4. On the right-hand side, toggle the Type column from Shown to Hidden.Hidden.

This will preventremoves the class from appearing in the parent scheduler.scheduler without deleting any data.

Alternatively,Option 2: Delete the class This permanently removes the class. Be careful to select the correct one — if you can delete the class. Just be careful not to remove the wrong one—ifclass, that happens, you’you'll need to re-import your data.

How do I add a new teacher without importing again? re-importing?

    In the Admin UI, selectgo theto Class Editor. tab.Select Then select the Add Teacher/Team -> Add Teacher. tab.In Athe dialog box called Select Person willdialog, pop up. Enter inenter the teacher's Last name, First name, and EmailEmail. ofClick yourAdd Contact, then click OK.

    The new teacher and then press the Add Contact button. Then press the Ok button. You will thennow see the new teacher's name listedappear in your Teacher list inon the Class Editor.Editor page. (See alsoalso: the Modifying Teacher or Room Data section.

    How do I move a class from one teacher to another? 

      In the Admin UI, selectgo theto Class Editor. tab. Select the Teachercurrent teacher from the list on the left. Select the Classclass to be moved. Click Move Class. Select the Move class button. Select the teacher's name thatteacher the class should be moved toto.
      How do I add a new student to a class? 

        In the Admin UI,UI, selectgo theto Class Editor. tabSelect Click on athe teacher, and then click onselect the Classclass.

        If your student has already been added to your account, then type in the student is already on your account: Type the student's name ininto the empty box on the far right-handright sideof the roster and press enterEnter.

        If the student is not yet on your studentaccount:

        We have a couple of administrators that we would like to show up on each parent's scheduler for booking. Can we do this? Do weyou'll need to create a class for them and enroll allthe whole school:

          Yes, you would need to do the following:

          1. Make sureConfirm the Administrator/Counselor/Teacher is listed inunder the Contacts section of your account.Contacts. If not, then manually add thethem new contact,manually, making sure therea TeacherID is aassigned. TeacherID listed for the contact.

          2. Then createCreate a Classclass File— Either build a class file and either import itit, or manually add the class onmanually thevia Class EditorEditor. page. 

          3. Create an enrollment file,file listing— List the studentIDStudentID for eachevery student in the school andschool, assigned to thethis newly creatednew class.

          4. Import yourthe class file (if you have not manually added the class)manually) and import yourthe enrollment file.

          YourOnce parents will see thatcomplete, the administrator and their class arewill availableappear foras booking.bookable on parents' schedulers.
