Appointments

I wouldI'd like to offer Virtual appointments for part of the day (e.g., morning/early afternoon) and In-Person appointments for another part of the day (e.g., evening). Can I set that up?

Yes,Yes you can. Simply create separate time slots for each appointment type:

  • Use the "Virtual" slot type for the morning or morning/early afternoon hours.
  • Use the "In-Person" slot type for the evening hours.

A participant accidentally booked an In-Person appointment but needs a Virtual one.instead. How cando weI change the appointment type?

Option 2: Admin UI:

  1. Open the event.event in the Admin UI.
  2. Locate the resource and the corresponding time slot.
  3. Click on the Appointment,appointment, then click Edit Appointment.Appointment.
  4. Change the Appointment Type and save.

I want to change allALL booked appointments from In-Person to Virtual (or vice versa). How cando I do this?

In

    Open the event in the Admin UI:UI,
      then Open the event. Gogo to the Event Management page.. Click Slots / Update Slots.Slots. In the Slot Updater pop-up:
      • Set the desired time range.
      • Choose the new appointment type from the Slot Type drop-down.
      • Click OK.OK.
      A confirmation message will appear, informing youshow how many existing appointments will be updated. Click OK to proceed.proceed All— all affected appointments will be updated to the new type.
