Why is the Appointments List red? 

This means that you have appointments that havewith some sort of problem that needs attention. When a problem appointment is created, both the tab will turn red, and the appointment willitself be listed inturn red. There are several ways problem appointments are created.created Please see the Problem Appointments page.page for details.

I noticedsee orange appointments on the Appointments List page with the status "Customer is creating this appointment." What do I need to fix?

Nothing — this is expected behavior, not an error.

Appointments still being booked appear in orange on the AppointmentAppointments List page.page:

    They can't be manually deleted or selected for email notifications while in this state. The system automatically manages thesethem appointments and will cancel them if the usercustomer is inactive for too long without completing the booking.booking, it will be cancelled. Once the customer finishes booking and clicks Create Appointment, the orange status disappears.

    This also preventshelps admins booking appointmentsmanually in the Admin UIUI, since it prevents you from selecting a time slotsslot that arethat's currently mid-booking.booking by a customer.


    How do I sort my teacher roster?

      On the Appointments page, select the Teachers drop-downdown. andSelect thenSort selectTeachers.

      This sorts teachers using the Sort Teachers option. This will sort your teachers by the sort order thatset isunder listed on the 

      Global Setup / Business page,/ in the Account Level Display Options / Display Contact Name asAs section.(Last TheName, optionsFirst are last name, first name,Name, or firstFirst nameName lastLast name.Name).

      Every time I change the "Open scheduler to customerscustomers" on one of my events,event, it changes this on my other events?events too. Why are my events connected?

        Go to the Events Preview page,/ select the Events Settings. option,Under Propagator Mode / Propagate Changes To, change the setting in the Propagator Mode section, under Propagate Changes to: from "all events of this typetype" to "only the current event." This setting allows you to make changes to one event apply to all your events.

        Is there a way to allow mylet parents to only see a certain event on our account?
