Contacts

OnThe theContacts Contactstab tab,is you can search for a contact, select the contact, and then view the information about that contact. Your contacts arewhere your list of administrators and participants.participants Asis soonstored. asParticipant acontact participantrecords logsare created automatically the first time they log into the online scheduler, their contact information will be stored in the contacts section.scheduler.

    Note: Participant names don't display automatically — you'll need to search by first or last name to find them.

    To get started: From the Admin UI, select the Contacts tab on the top linenavigation.

    NoteSearch that participant names do not automatically display in the contacts section. You need to search by either the first or last name of the participant.

    View the Info

    After you search, you can select a contact,for and the system will fill in the fields on the right with the contact's information. There are several small tabs on the right.

      The Search Control list will allow you to search by Last name, First name, Email address, and any other fields that you identify as an ID field in the Contacts tab on the Global Setup page.

      Appointments (small tab, distinct from the Contacts tab on the Global Setup page.       Search options: The Search Control list allows you to search by Last Name, First Name, Email, or any custom ID fields configured under Global Setup / Contacts.

      Other actions available from a selected contact:

        Delete — removes the contact Reset PW — resets the contact's password to your administrators.account's default password (configurable under Global Setup / Contacts)

        Setting Up Vendor Access

        IMPORTANT NOTE:Important: If you areWhen adding a new contact with anAppointment access level of eitherViewer, Appointment Viewer,Maker, Appointment Maker, or Resource Administrator,Administrator makeaccess, be sure youto check the resourceappropriate box inunder theVendor Access / Resource Access section. otherwise they won't have access to any resources.

        Once you have selected

        Adding a contact, you will also have the option to reset the password for a contact. The

        Reset PW button will reset the password to the stored default password that is set on your account. To view or change this default password, see the Global Setup / Contacts page.

        Add a newNew Contact

          Click Add.

          To add a new contact, select the Add button.  On the form, you will need to fillFill in the fields wheremarked you see the text <not entered>.
