How do I customize emails?

Go to Settings / Notifications to customize the ConfirmationReminder, and Cancellation email templates.


How can I view emails that have been sent?

  1. Go to Contacts and search for the contact.
  2. Select them, then click the small Log tab.

This shows a history of booked/cancelled appointments and emails sent.


How do I turn off reminder emails?

  1. Go to Event Management / Settings / Notification Setup.
  2. Under Reminder Email, uncheck "Send Reminder Emails."

Tips for setting up reminder emails:

    Recommended: Check "Replace the Email Body with the Printable Schedule of Appointments" to send a clean table of appointments as the email body, instead of one email per appointment. Any Header text appears above the table. (The table's format/columns — including room number — are set under CUI Messages → Print Schedule.) To enable reminders: Go to Settings → UI Setup → Customer Reminder Email, check the box to require a reminder, and set how many hours before each appointment it should send. To add reminder times: Click the green + under Send Reminder Emails and enter the number of hours before the appointment (e.g., 24, 48).

    You can update reminder email wording and timing at any time — changes apply to all future reminders.
