Blackbaud Checklist
To set up your Parent Parent-Teacher Conference event using the PTA scheduler,scheduler youwith willBlackbaud need tointegration, follow these steps:
You will need to createCreate your conference event and namegive it appropriatelya forclear, yourdescriptive conferencename (ex.e.g., "Fall 2026 Conferences)Conferences"). You will also need to adjust the settings onAdjust your account settings for the Blackbaud SSO.
Our system will need information fromExport your school to identify the students, the teachers, the classes taught by each teacher,classes, and the enrollment in each class. You will need to export this data from Blackbaud. Once youexported, have exported your data, you should viewverify the data imported correctly in the Admin UIUI.
3. CREATE SLOTS FOR THE EVENT
After verifying your data, you can create theyour time slots (— including the date(s),dates, times, and durationappointment ofdurations.

6. TURN IT ON and TEST THE SCHEDULER
Once your data is complete inand time slots are created, activate the systemscheduler and you have createdtest the appointment time slots, you can turn on the display of the appointment booking webexperience.
