Teacher Access
Teachers are able tocan view their own schedule either by logging in toat pickAtime.com, or via the School account at pickAtime.com or from the Blackbaud Portal in the same manner asway a parent would. The SSO access worksis baseddetermined onby the role thattied to the user's BBID.
Once has.logged Soin, a teacher or admin (theirwhose BBID becomesmaps to a TeacherID)TeacherID) will be immediatelyis taken directly to the ReportReports page, where they will view any booked appointments.
For teachers who are also parents of students at the school (dual role holders - their BBID will appear twice, once as a parent and once as a teacher), they will first see the parent scheduling page, but will also have a link to click called the Admin UI. This link will take these teachers/parents to the Reporting section of the site, where they can view their schedule ofbooked appointments.
For users with dual roles (teacher and parent at the school):
These users' BBID appears twice in the system — once as a parent, once as a teacher. They'll land on the standard parent scheduling page first. From there, they'll see an Admin UI link, which takes them to the Reporting section to view their teaching schedule.
