Will I receive daily sync emails?

No,No — pickAtime will only emailsends youa notification if the system locates a sync error.error is detected.

How do I change who receives the sync notifications?

1. Go to GlobalSetup/Business/IntergrationOptions

   Global Setup / Business / Integration Options.

2. Locate Notification Contact(s)

   .

3. Check the namename(s) of the Admin(admin(s) who willshould be getting thereceive notifications.

How do I disable automatic Blackbaud synchronization?

LogClick the blue button in the upper-right corner of the Importer page to log out of the Blackbaud Importer connectionconnection. by clicking the blue button in the upper right-hand corner of the Importer page.

Once disconnected, automatic synchronization and related notifications will stop.
