Setting Up the SKY API Importer

I connected pickAtime through the Blackbaud Marketplace, but I don’don't see the SKY Importer.

The SKY Importer must be enabled before it becomes available.manually:

To

enable the importer, goGo to Global Setup / Business,Business / Show Advanced Options,Options / Single Sign On Options,Options / Blackbaud. and checkCheck "Use SKY API ImporterImporter.".

The importer will now appear in the Importer section.

I added an event, but there are no events are available to import.

Blackbaud imports only work with PTA Events.

Events.

If your event was created as a Normal Event or Simple PTA Event,event, it will notwon't appear in the importer.

Fix: Create a new event using the PTA Event type and tryrun the import again.

What Blackbaud roles are required to use the SKY Importer?

The account running the import must:must have:

• A

  Havevalid a BBID

• At

  Haveleast one ofof: the following roles:

Academic Group Manager

, Schedule Manager, or Platform Manager The

Schedule Manager

Platform Manager

Have the SKY API Data Sync role

⚠️ If you recently received a new role, log out of Blackbaud and then log back in before attempting the import.
