      Keep it Brief:

brief. Since youWith only have 160 characters, focus on the essentials: Who, When, andWhere. Where.

      Example Message:

      message: "
Reminder: Your appointment is at $(time)TIME) on $(d_medium)D_MEDIUM) at the $(location)LOCATION).  Please arrive 5 mins early. See

      soon!"
