Creating different time slot durations for the same teacher

IScenario: have aA teacher whoneeds needsdifferent slot durations for different classes — e.g., 15-minute time slots for her First Grade class andGrade, 30-minute time slots for herKindergarten. Step can1: create 30-minute slots for one listing of her name and 15-minute slots for the second listing of her name. To do this, you will needAdd the teacher toa besecond listedtime

Step on2: Move one class to the second listing

Select the second listing of the teacher's name. Click onSelect her Kindergarten classclass, andthen click onMove Class. Select the Move Class button. Then click on the first listing of the teacher's name.name This will moveas the destination.

The Kindergarten class tois yournow first teacher listing. 

To edit the teacher name (so you can easily identify which class you are creating slots for in the Slot Editor), click on the listing and edit the name. For example, if your teacher's name was Sue Smith, you could modifyunder the first listing.

Step 3: Rename each listing offor herclarity

To easily tell the listings apart when creating slots, edit each name to— for example:

First listing: Sue Smith - Kindergarten andSecond thelisting: second one to Sue Smith - First Grade. Grade

Step 4: Create separate slot durations

Go to the Slot Editor page. You willYou'll see twoboth referenceslistings. toCreate slots with the teacherappropriate listed, and you can create slots of different durationsduration for each.each — e.g., 30 minutes for Kindergarten, 15 minutes for First Grade.
