A parent has forgotten the password

To reset a parent's password, follow these steps: 
 
 
 In the Admin UI tool, go to the  Contacts tab. 
 
 
 Search for the parent by name or email. 
 
 
 Select the contact record to open it. 
 
 
 Click the Reset PW button under the Search Console.
